Foot and Ankle |

Sit on table with
foot hanging free.
Hold each position
for 5 seconds and
then return to
original position.

Raise toes and
foot upward as far
as possible.

Bend toes and foot
downward as far as
possible.
-
With foot at right
angle to leg, turn
foot in toward
other foot.
-
With foot at right
angle to leg, turn
foot outward away
from other foot.
-
Move ankle so that
big toe describes
a circle
(Circumduction).
