Accepted Insurance Plans...

Although, we accept most insurance plans, OCI is a participating provider of some common insurance plans.  This in no way guarantees payment.  If your plan requires a referral, it is your responsibility to obtain the referral prior to your visit.  If your plan requires a co-pay, you will be expected to pay this at the time of service.  If we are not a participating provider with your insurance plan, please refer to the insurance section in our financial policy.
