Mike Mittlesteadt
has been named Employee of the Month for February!
Mike joined OCI in August of 2009 as the Facilities Specialist. He performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the building, construction or mechanical trades, alters repairs and maintains building, facilities and equipment.
His nomination stated:
“Mike is willing to do any job asked of him no matter how big or small. He never complains. He does what is asked of him with a positive attitude. He always seems happy to be at OCI.”
