Our Mission

The Orthopaedic Center of Illinois was founded in 1972 on the concept that an orthopedic institute should be centrally located in Illinois.  The center was started to accomplish excellence in orthopedics as well as excellence in the delivery of musculoskeletal care.  With this in mind, our group is proud to employ only Board certified or Board Eligible physicians so patients can be assured that they are receiving the best care possible.

It is our mission, and our goal, to provide excellence of care to our patients.  In our Springfield office located at Koke Mill Medical Center, other available services include a non-claustrophobic Open Air MRI, an ambulatory surgery center, physical therapy and sports care services, x-ray and CT services, bone density testing as well as a retail pharmacy.  Koke Mill Medical Center is conveniently located on the west side of Springfield at the intersection of Koke Mill and Old Jacksonville Road.  Our Jacksonville office is conveniently located adjacent to Passavant Area Hospital on Walnut Road and also offers an open air MRI and x-ray services.
